Video Editor
About The Position
The Video Editor will work closely with management to produce high-quality videos in-line with Conscience Collaborations standards. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing marketing, instructional, and product promotional videos in both short-form and long-form.
Candidate must be self-motivated, disciplined, meet deadlines, and handle the challenges and pressures of working in a creative online environment. This position is entirely remote; office attendance and travel will not be required.
Essential Performance Tasks Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Collaborating within our team environment to produce results
- Edits video projects, importing media and templates, editing raw footage, manipulating sound files, creating, modifying motion graphics, inserting static graphics, adding titles, and lower thirds
- Add and sync voice over files, music files, and SFX
- Able to bring concepts into development, and from there into production
- Uses knowledge and skills of video editing software, templates, and plugins to complete projects
- Capable of creating unique marketing, promotional and instructional videos
- Out of the box thinker who can conjure up awe-inspiring ideas for creating cutting edge videos
- Experience working in a production environment
- Operating in a video media production and post-production environment
In addition to the critical duties listed above, the video editor is also responsible for:
- Aligning with company standards pertaining to the quality of work performed on an ongoing basis
- Carrying out all work-related assignments in a manner that is in accordance with all Company procedures and policies
- Adhering to Company directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing duties and assignments

Qualifications
Experience:
Two to four years’ experience video editing
Education:
College degree or equivalent in video editing

- Adobe After Effects CC
- Adobe Premiere Pro CC
- Adobe Illustrator CC
- Adobe InDesign CC
- Adobe Photoshop CC

Job Location: Remote Online 100%
Pay: Hourly terms are negotiable
